The Spotsylvania County Sheriffs Department runs youth camps for thousands of children each summer. Local contributions help keep the program going.

Dan Sandoval has participated in the “Walk a mile in her shoes” fundraiser where he had to literally walk a mile in women’s red shoes. The walk brings awareness to the seriousness of domestic violence and raises money for Empowerhouse which is a domestic violence service near Fredericksburg, VA providing help for people dealing with domestic abuse.

Republic has been involved in coaching and assisted financially to many children's sports teams including soccer, swimming, baseball, and hockey. We have also supported the winter coat collection and toy drive for a local children's home.
